India's Taj Mahal Landmark Bead in Sterling Silver by Carina
The Seventh Wonder of the World is the Taj Mahal, in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. This unusual sterling silver bead features a three dimensional Taj Mahal, with a 5 mm. interior bead hole to wear as a pendant or on a bracelet. This bead is compatible with chains by all the major brands, such as Chamilia, Pandora, Pasha, Biagi, Troll, and Bling. Its measurements are approximately 3/8" long by 1/2" tall. The most romantic tomb ever created, the Taj Mahal houses the tombs of the emperor Shah Jhan and his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal. This wonderful marble edifice took over 21 years to make and is the finest jewel of art and architecture of the Mughal period.
This incredibly detailed bead was designed by San Francisco Bay Area artist Shani Yokoyama, then hand carved by a master bead wax carver, and then cast in high quality sterling silver with oxidized accents.
