The Vienna State Opera (Wiener Staatsoper) is an opera house – and opera company – with a history dating back to the mid-19th century. The Staatsoper is located in the middle of Vienna, Austria. The building was the first major building on the Vienna Ringstraße commissioned by the Viennese "city expansion fund". Work began in 1861 and was completed in 1869. It was built in the Neo-Renaissance style.
This detailed bead was designed by San Francisco Bay Area artist Shani Yokoyama, then hand carved by a master bead wax carver, and then cast in high quality sterling silver with oxidized accents. Clean only with a silver cleaning cloth, and do not use silver polish dip. Collect all of the Landmark Beads to remember your world travels.
